Keyboard shortcuts
Every shortcut of the roof editor on one page — tools, drawing, panels, view and undo. On Windows use Ctrl where the Mac uses ⌘, and Alt for ⌥.
Shortcuts work when the cursor isn’t in a text field. Letters work in either case.
Tools

Drawing
| Key | Action |
|---|---|
| Shift | Hold while clicking corners to keep straight angles |
| Enter | Close the face or obstacle you’re drawing |
| Backspace | Remove the last corner; with nothing being drawn, delete the selection |
| Esc | Cancel the drawing, or deselect |
| Delete | Delete the selected face, obstacle or panels |
Panels
| Key | Action |

| X | Fill roof |
| R | Turn the selected panels 90° |
| ⌘A | Select all panels |
| Shift + click | Add a panel to the selection |
| Arrow keys | Nudge the selection 2″; with Shift, 1 ft |
| Shift + drag the round handle | Turn by 15° steps |
View
