How your work is saved

Cali-Graf saves every change on its own within a second — there’s no Save button. Calculations live in your account, so you can close the tab and continue on any device. If the connection drops, changes wait in the browser.

Close the tab, switch off the computer, open Cali-Graf on your phone the next day — the calculation is exactly where you left it, in Calculations.

Calculator

Every field you change — usage, equipment, price, the customer name — is saved to your account right away. Use Search by address or customer in Calculations to find a calculation later; calculations that already have a PDF are under Proposals.

Roof editor

The roof editor saves after each change, and the top bar shows where it stands:

Saving…The change is on its way to your account.
Saved · v…Saved. The number is the version of the design; each save adds one.
Unsaved changesA change is waiting to be sent — it goes in a moment.
OfflineNo connection. Changes are kept in this browser and sent when the connection is back.

Undo and Redo step back and forward through your changes; History lists saved versions of the design. Each calculation keeps its own roof design. To try another option on the same roof, copy the calculation — the copy takes the roof with it; see Compare options for one customer.

When the connection drops

Keep working. The calculator shows the message below and keeps your changes in this browser; they save on their own when you’re back online. Unsent changes are kept for 7 days — reopen the calculation in the same browser to send them.

Where it’s stored

Calculations are stored in your Cali-Graf account on Google Cloud servers, not on your computer. Only you can see them. A calculation you move to Trash stays there for 30 days, so you can restore it.
