Address not found or no aerial data

If the address isn’t found, add the city and ZIP or pick it from the list. If Google has no roof data or imagery for the home, it can’t be designed in Cali-Graf for now. Each message says which case you’re in.

Finding a home takes two lookups: the address itself, then Google’s roof data for that spot. Either can come back empty.

Lookup failedThe address service didn’t answer. Wait a moment and press Find again.
Google has no roof data for this address, so the roof editor can’t open itGoogle Solar has no 3D data for this home — common with new construction and some rural areas. It can’t be designed in Cali-Graf until Google adds it.
No aerial imageryThe roof editor couldn’t get an aerial image for the home. Reload the page; if it stays, Google has no imagery for this spot.
Could not load the aerial imageA network hiccup. Reload the page to try again.

The roof editor says No address yet

The editor opens from a calculation. Find the customer’s address in the calculator first, then press Design roof ↗.
