Your brand on the proposal
The proposal carries your business card — name, company, license, phone and email — on the cover, in the footer of every page and at the signature. Cali-Graf never puts its own or anyone else’s company on your proposal.
The homeowner should see your company, not the software you used. The proposal is built that way.
What carries your brand
- Cover: your company name at the top; at the bottom “Designed by”, your name, email and phone, company and license.
- Every page: the company name in the footer, next to the customer’s street.
- Approval: your name under the designer’s signature line.
- The file: its name starts with your company name.
All of it comes from your Business card — see Add your business card. Empty fields are left off; with no company name, the proposal is titled “Solar proposal”.
Logo
Uploading your own logo isn’t available yet, so the cover shows your company name in text. Cali-Graf doesn’t add its own logo or name to the pages.
One proposal, other details
To put someone else’s name or another phone number on one proposal, change the Business card fields in Price & settings of that calculation. Your card stays as it is.
