Add your business card
Your name, company, license, phone and email go on every proposal — on the cover, in the footer of each page and at the signature line. Fill them in once under Business card; empty fields are left off.
The homeowner should know who designed the system and how to reach you. Cali-Graf prints only what you enter — it never adds anyone else’s details.
Fill in your card
Open Business card
In Calculations, pick Business card in the left column.
Type your details
Fill in Your name, Company, License (for example CSLB #1234567), Phone and Email. The preview under the fields — On the proposal cover — shows how they’ll look.
Press Save
You’ll see Business card saved. Every proposal you make from now on carries the card, including PDFs of calculations you already have.
Where it shows in the proposal
| Place | What’s printed |
|---|---|
| Cover | “Designed by” with your name, then email and phone, then company and license. The company name also sits at the top of the cover. |
| Footer of every page | The company name next to “Solar proposal” and the customer’s street. |
| Approval page | Your name under the designer’s signature line. |
| File name | The company name starts the PDF’s file name. |
A field you leave empty is left off. With no company name, the footer and the file name say “Solar proposal”.
Different details for one proposal
Someone else on your team presents this one, or you want another phone number on it? In the calculation, open Price & settings — the Business card fields there change the details for that proposal only. Fields you leave empty there use your card.
