By the number of solar installs in building permits that name the contractor's CSLB license in Imperial County, then by all their permits here. No company pays to appear or to change its place; offers from Cali Energy are labeled.
Who is included?
Contractors with an active CSLB C-46 license who either have permits in Imperial County or an office here. Suspended licenses are not listed.
