About Cali-Graf

Cali-Graf is a California solar industry platform developed by Cali Energy, a Southern California solar installer. It combines the Cali-Graf solar design tool with a directory of licensed contractors and solar equipment built from public records.

What is in the directory

20,925 licensed solar, roofing and electrical contractors in Southern California — license status, bond and workers' comp from the Contractors State License Board, and 748,597 building permits that show what they actually built. And 5,083 current solar panel, inverter and battery series from the California Energy Commission lists, with datasheets, independent tests and real installs.

Who runs it

Cali Energy develops Cali-Graf. Cali Energy appears in lists and rankings only where its own license and permits put it. The buttons that offer an estimate in the Cali-Graf tool or a quote from Cali Energy are labeled as Cali Energy offers. No company pays to rank on Cali-Graf.
