Move to Trash and restore

Delete a calculation with Move to Trash in its row menu. It stays in Trash for 30 days, and you can restore it with everything in it; after that it’s deleted for good.

Trash protects you from deleting the wrong home: nothing is gone right away.

Delete a calculation

  1. Open the row’s menu

In Calculations, press More actions at the right end of the row.

  2. Pick Move to Trash

You’ll see Moved to Trash. Changed your mind? Press Undo in the same message.

Restore a calculation

  1. Open Trash

Pick Trash in the left column. Deleted calculations are listed with the date you deleted them.

  2. Press Restore

Press Restore — the round arrow at the right end of the row. You’ll see Restored to Calculations, and the calculation is back with its roof, inputs, results and proposals.

What to know

  • Calculations in Trash can’t be opened. Restore one to look at it.
  • After 30 days in Trash a calculation is deleted for good, together with its roof design and proposals, and can’t be brought back.
  • Deleting one option leaves the customer’s other options in place. A deleted option keeps its name in Trash, so you can tell it from the original.
