Find and organize calculations

Calculations lists your homes, newest change first. Search by address, city or customer name, or narrow the list to Proposals, In progress or No address yet. Each row’s menu opens, copies or deletes it.

Calculations is the first screen after you sign in. Each row is one calculation — one home, or one option for it.

Read a row

  • Address — the street. If the customer has several options, the option follows it, like · Option 2. Below: the customer’s name, the city and the utility.
  • System — panels and kW from the roof design.
  • Status — how far it got, from New to Proposal; see Start a new calculation.
  • Last edited — the time today, otherwise the date.

The customer’s name comes from Customer name in Price & settings. Type it in every calculation you’ll come back to — it makes the list much easier to search.

Find a calculation

  1. Type in the search box

Use Search by address or customer at the top. It matches the address, the city and the customer’s name, and the list updates as you type. Press Esc to clear it.

  2. Narrow it down with a group

Pick a group under the search box. The numbers next to them count what matches the search.

ProposalsCalculations with at least one PDF.
In progressThe address is found but there’s no PDF yet.
No address yetStarted but no home found yet.

Click the row. The list shows 50 calculations at a time — press Show more at the bottom for older ones.
