Add extras: panel upgrade, roof work, trenching

Extra work goes in Price & settings under Extras, one line each — an amount and what it’s for. Every line is added to the system cost and printed in the proposal exactly as you typed it.

A main panel upgrade, roof repairs, a trench to a detached garage — work outside the solar price itself. The customer sees each item in the proposal.

Add an extra

  1. Open Price & settings

    Find Extras (roof, panel upgrade…) under System price.

  2. Fill the line

    Type the amount in dollars, then what it’s for, for example “Main panel upgrade to 200 A”.

  3. Add more lines

    Press Add extra for the next one — up to 20. The bin at the end of a line removes it.

How extras are used

  • Each amount is added to Total system cost, so it counts in the payback and the 25-year savings.
  • Every line shows in the proposal as written. Write it the way the customer should read it — in English, without abbreviations.
  • A line without an amount isn’t printed.
