Delete a customer’s data
A customer’s data lives in their calculations. Move every calculation of that customer — every option — to Trash; 30 days later it’s deleted for good. For an urgent request, email calisolargroup@gmail.com.
A homeowner may ask you to delete what you have on them. In Cali-Graf, everything about a customer — the address, usage, roof, price, proposals and name — sits in their calculations.
Delete it
Find all their calculations
In Calculations, search by the address or the customer’s name. Every option of the customer is a separate row.
Move each to Trash
For each row, open the menu (More actions) and pick Move to Trash.
Let Trash do the rest
After 30 days in Trash, the calculations are deleted for good, with their roof history and proposal records.
Need it gone sooner?
Email calisolargroup@gmail.com from the address on your Cali-Graf account, with the addresses to delete. Deleting your whole account also removes everything at once — see Delete your account.
What stays elsewhere
- PDFs you downloaded are your files — delete them from your computer and wherever you sent them.
- Google roof data for the address is kept up to 30 days, then removed.
- Backups are kept up to 90 days. Server logs don’t contain addresses.
Under California privacy law you, as the seller, answer the homeowner’s request; Cali-Graf acts as your service provider — see Who can see your calculations.
