Your account, who can see your calculations, and deleting data.
- Account settings and sign outSettings in the left column of Calculations holds your defaults for new calculations and your account — the Google account you’re signed in with and Sign out. Your photo in the top right corner opens the same account menu.
- Who can see your calculationsOnly you. Your calculations and your customers’ details are visible only in your Cali-Graf account. Cali Energy, which runs Cali-Graf, never uses them to sell its own work and never contacts your customers.
- What data Cali-Graf storesCali-Graf stores your Google account basics, your settings and business card, and the calculations you create, until you delete them. Google roof data is kept up to 30 days, server logs and backups up to 90 days. It doesn’t sell data, show ads or use trackers.
- Delete a customer’s dataA customer’s data lives in their calculations. Move every calculation of that customer — every option — to Trash; 30 days later it’s deleted for good. For an urgent request, email calisolargroup@gmail.com.
- Delete your accountIn Calculations, open Settings and press Delete your account at the bottom. Say why you’re leaving, type DELETE and confirm. The account and every calculation, roof design and proposal record — Trash included — are deleted for good, right away.
