Delete your account

In Calculations, open Settings and press Delete your account at the bottom. Say why you’re leaving, type DELETE and confirm. The account and every calculation, roof design and proposal record — Trash included — are deleted for good, right away.

Deleting your account can’t be undone. If you only want to remove some customers, delete their calculations instead — see Delete a customer’s data.

Before you start

  • Download the PDFs you want to keep — they can’t be made again after the account is gone.

Delete it

  1. Open Settings

    In Calculations, pick Settings in the left column.

  2. Press Delete your account

    It’s at the very bottom, after “Not using Cali-Graf anymore?”. You’ll see Delete your account? with how many calculations will be deleted.

  3. Say why and confirm

    Write a few words in Why are you leaving? — it’s required, and it helps make Cali-Graf better. Type DELETE in Type DELETE to confirm and press Delete account.

What happens

  • Your account, every calculation (Trash too), roof history, proposal records and customer details are deleted together, right away.
  • Cali-Graf keeps only the reason you gave, how many calculations you had and how long the account existed — without your name, email or any ID.
  • Server logs and backups are kept up to 90 days, then they’re gone too.
  • You can sign in with Google again later — that starts a new, empty account.
