A new proposal — five clear sheets
The customer proposal is rebuilt from scratch. Instead of 14–26 pages it’s now five sheets — six with a battery — that a homeowner reads in a couple of minutes.
Homeowners decide on a few numbers: what they pay today, what they’ll pay with solar, and what the system costs. The new proposal puts those first and keeps everything else one sheet away.
What’s new
- The cover answers the main question. The monthly electric bill today and with solar — or the bill plus the loan payment — in large type.
- Your solar system on one sheet: the roof design, the system size, first-year production, how much of the usage it covers, the equipment and energy by month.
- Your savings: bills without and with solar, month by month in the first year and over 25 years.
- A battery sheet that follows the battery’s mode: backup during outages, using more of your own solar, or saving on peak hours.
- Price and approval together: the price line by line, how the customer pays, what’s included, and the signature.
- Your right to cancel — the notice the Contractors State License Board requires.
Your brand, not ours
The proposal carries your name, company, license, phone and email from your business card. Fields you leave empty are left off — there’s nothing about Cali Energy on your proposals.
